The client is a large shopping center covering an area of 500,000 square meters with a daily customer flow exceeding 100,000 people. Traditional security systems relied heavily on manual monitoring, which was inefficient and made it difficult to promptly detect and address security risks. The client needed an intelligent security system capable of automatically identifying suspicious behavior and providing early warnings of potential risks.

Aoyu Intelligent Technology provided an intelligent security solution based on the KEC-A311D edge computing host and DEC-3588 dual-network AI host. Over 300 AI hosts were deployed in various areas of the shopping center, connecting to the existing camera system to enable facial recognition, behavior analysis, and anomaly detection functions. A security command center was established to integrate monitoring data from all areas, achieving comprehensive coverage with no blind spots. An intelligent early warning system was developed to automatically identify situations such as fights, unusual gatherings, and suspicious packages, promptly notifying security personnel. A visitor analysis system was constructed to compile statistics on customer flow, heat maps, and other data to assist with business decisions.
